- The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time it deems necessary.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials.
- Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own action, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the support team.
- 68000 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially when using shared or public devices.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 68000 platform agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or manipulate the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Distributing harmful, misleading, or rights-infringing content through the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice, as well as legal action where applicable. 68000 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the 68000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and supported local banks. Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the chosen method and game type.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources. 68000 reserves the right to decline or hold any suspicious transactions until full verification is obtained.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the timelines and policies set by the platform. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. 68000 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed the specified limits.
Any transaction fees charged by third parties (e.g. banks or e-wallet providers) are the user's own responsibility. The platform does not guarantee third-party processing times.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
68000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service disruptions, system errors, or unauthorised access by third parties.
The 68000 platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the platform's terms and conditions
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
- Failure to submit requested verification documents
- Closure request initiated by the user
Balances in accounts terminated due to fraud or breach of terms may be forfeited by the platform. For account closures requested by the user, remaining balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, brand names, graphics, and software on the 68000 platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without explicit written permission.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 68000 has no control over the content or policies of third-party websites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of such services.
Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk and are subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policy.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 68000 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, or where necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
